My visit to the Matsya Darshini Aquarium Visakhapatnam

I had the oppertunity to visit the Matsya Darshini public aquarium in Visakhapatnam during my trip to the port city in mid - June 2017.  Located on the famous 'Ramakrishna beach', this is quite a popular tourist destination and is both frequented by tourists and locals. However I had (maybe - ) the rare privilege of being the only visitor that day. Matsya Darshini aquarium houses a moderate collection of marine creatures, which is not disappointing however. If you are visiting the aquarium then don't miss to visit the tank of the very intelligent 'Giant Gourami' fish (the last one from entrance, adjacent to the office).
